If You're Not 100% Happy

Your coffee experience matters to us. If something isn’t right, please reach out:

  • Not enjoying your coffee? Let us know—we’ll help you find one that suits your taste.

  • Having trouble brewing? We’re happy to share tips to help you get the best results.

Important Notes About Returns

As coffee is a fresh food product, we’re unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You’ve simply changed your mind.

  • You don’t enjoy the taste.

  • You selected the wrong grind size (e.g., coarse instead of fine).
