How do I cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

We understand plans can change! While you won’t see a cancel option in your confirmation email, you can simply reply to that email and let us know the reason for your cancellation.

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been completed or delivered. Once an order has been finalised, cancellations are generally not accepted. In exceptional cases, we may review requests, but please note that cancellations after completion are not encouraged and cannot be guaranteed.
